Extra Virgin Olive Oil
The Alto Garda area is also renowned for being one of the northernmost olive-growing regions in the world. Thanks to the favourable microclimate created by Lake Garda, meticulous care and centuries of tradition, we are able to offer our guests an olive oil with a distinctive, perfectly balanced flavour, considered among the finest of all. The olives are harvested strictly by hand during November and December. They are pressed on the same day using a cold mechanical process in order to preserve all their organoleptic properties.
Wildflower and Chestnut Honey
Since 2019, beekeeping has also been part of our farm activities. You can purchase two varieties of honey produced on our farm, obtained from the pollen of flowers in the mountainous areas surrounding Alto Garda: the sweeter and more delicate wildflower honey, and the stronger chestnut honey with a slightly bitter aftertaste.
Wine
The farm also produces several varieties of white and red wine: Pinot Grigio, Merlot and Chardonnay. The harvest is delivered to the local winery in Mezzocorona. The grape harvest takes place at the beginning of September. The land surrounding the agriturismo covers an area of 3.5 hectares.
